Yes! We offer 24-hour rush turnaround on eligible digital products including short-run business cards, flyers, posters, and roll-up banners. Please contact our print desk before 11:00 AM PST to ensure same-day slot allocation.

Because we run cutting-edge HP Indigo digital presses alongside high-capacity Heidelberg offset presses, we cater to both short-runs (as low as 25 business cards or 50 stickers) and large commercial orders exceeding 100,000 units.

Once your order is scheduled, our automated production management system sends real-time status updates via email at key milestones: Prepress Review, On Press, Finishing & Quality Control, and Dispatched with tracking code.

We strongly recommend print-ready PDF files (PDF/X-1a:2001 or PDF/X-4). We also accept high-resolution vector files (.AI, .EPS) with fonts converted to outlines, as well as flattened high-res TIFF or PSD files at 300+ DPI.

All files should be submitted in CMYK color mode with the GRACoL 2006 or FOGRA39 profile. If you submit RGB or Pantone spot color files without instructions, our automated prepress RIP will convert them to CMYK, which may cause minor color shifts in ultra-vibrant tones.

Please include an industry-standard 0.125 inches (1/8 inch or 3mm) bleed on all four sides of your artwork. Keep critical text and logos at least 0.125 inches inside the trim line to ensure safe cutting margins.

Always. Every print job includes a free digital PDF soft proof highlighting trim and bleed boundaries. Production begins only after you provide written electronic sign-off. Hard-copy wet proofs are also available upon request for color-critical contracts.

We maintain an inventory of over 40 fine paper stocks ranging from 80lb text up to 48pt ultra-heavy duplex stocks. Finishes include High Gloss, Velvet Matte, Uncoated Linen, Natural Kraft, Metallic Pearlescent, and 100% Recycled Post-Consumer Cotton.

We specialize in high-end embellishments: Metallic Hot Foil Stamping (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Holographic), Raised Spot UV, Blind Debossing/Embossing, Precision Die-Cutting, and Custom Painted Colored Edges.

Yes! Our custom stickers are printed on durable 4-mil polymeric vinyl with UV-inhibiting inks and finished with an outdoor gloss or satin laminate. They resist sun, moisture, heat, and dishwasher cycles for up to 5 years.

We offer FedEx Ground, 2-Day Air, and Priority Overnight across North America. For international clients, we partner with DHL Express. Secure tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon dispatch.

Yes. Local pickup is available free of charge at our Mountain View print facility during business hours (Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

All orders are shrink-wrapped in moisture-barrier bundles, padded with recycled corrugated corner protectors, and packed into heavy-duty double-wall cartons to guarantee pristine arrival.

We stand behind our work 100%. If your finished order contains a manufacturing defect, misregistration, or color deviation inconsistent with your approved digital proof, notify us within 7 days and we will reprint your order at zero cost or issue a refund.
